This discerning hand-woven, pure-cotton ‘Phulia Saree’ comes all the way from Phulia village located in Nadia district of West Bengal. The plush fuchsia pink mercerised cotton border with rows of machh (fish) motifs adds to the appeal of this elegant off-white drape. Vertical stripes and machh motifs in blue running across the entire body along with alternating fuchsia pink and blue designs on the pallav make this masterpiece an ideal selection for formal meetings and casual outings alike. The saree with its intricate patterns is woven using a traditional Jacquard loom. Extremely soft to touch, it comes with fabric for the blouse complementing the drape’s hues.
