Pensive, Dokra Tribal Man Candle Holder
This thoughtfully designed candle holder handcrafted in brass, carries a beautifully detailed tribesman figurine. One of the more classic patterns of a Dokra craft, it reflects its rustic roots well. Dokra is named after the Dhokra Damar tribe, the traditional metalsmiths of West Bengal. The lost-wax casting process followed in the craft is the oldest-known to humankind and can be traced back to the Harappan civilisation.Dimensions
