SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Many countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery, after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Bangalore, Karnataka. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Please convey my appreciation to the craftsman Sri Dwaraka Prasad for this well crafted item. I have gifted this to my 8 year old grand son for his birthday and he was thrilled to receive this special gift. My wish is also that the craftsman gets a major share of the selling price.

how to maintain a hand crafted look whilst improving the product? that is the timeless challenge. Consider this; make the wooden frame in a well-seasoned timber, with perfect joinery, well oiled. yes it will cost more, so be it. Now you are starting with a well crafted hand made product. Then the artist takes over. he is motivated because he sees a superb finished base, and then his output and creativity exceeds expectations. Finally provide a nice small ivory card with some info on the artist and signed off by artist. Put it in a great packaging and voila, you have a masterpiece which will fetch you an amazing fan following and price. YES ???

I am an artist and love doing and collecting folkare artifacts. Wanted to own a kavad which is from the base artisans. Tvami was my choice and I'm happy I chose the right platform.
